- Vehicle and Tesla authorization data: connection status, vehicle identifiers, authorization tokens, vehicle state, battery and charging data, and command results when you connect a vehicle account.
- Route, location, and navigation data: origin, destination, current location, route geometry, trip progress, speed context, arrival estimates, and navigation events.
- Charging and station data: selected chargers, stop order, estimated charge time, arrival battery, and station interaction data.
- Safety and radar data: speed cameras, section control, incident, hazard, and road safety context shown near your route.
- Bluetooth vehicle telemetry adapter data: adapter connection state, vehicle telemetry readings, and diagnostic details when you connect a compatible vehicle telemetry adapter.
- Voice, camera, motion, and local-network data: microphone input, speech recognition text, assistant audio state, front-camera face gesture signals, motion activity, and local-network connection details when you enable hands-free or voice-service features.
- Notification data: device tokens, notification preferences, and delivery state for trip and Live Activity updates.
- Diagnostics and support data: logs, crash diagnostics, performance data, device and app version, and troubleshooting details.
How We Use Data
We use data to plan and update routes, estimate battery and charging needs, show road safety alerts, integrate with connected vehicles, secure accounts, run voice and hands-free controls you enable, send notifications you enable, diagnose issues, respond to support requests, and improve reliability.
Location
Location access is used for routing, active navigation, nearby road safety context, charging estimates, and Live Activity updates. You can change location permissions at any time in iOS Settings.
Voice And Hands-Free Controls
Microphone, speech recognition, camera, motion, and local-network access are used only for app features you choose to use, such as live assistant speech, navigation voice control, face gesture controls, motion-aided navigation, and optional local voice services. You can change these permissions at any time in iOS Settings.
Bluetooth Vehicle Telemetry
Bluetooth access is used only when you connect a compatible vehicle telemetry adapter. The app uses adapter connection state, vehicle telemetry readings, and diagnostic details to power live vehicle status, navigation context, and troubleshooting. You can change Bluetooth permissions at any time in iOS Settings.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share data only with service providers that operate the app infrastructure, with Tesla or vehicle fleet services when you connect an account, when required by law, or when needed to protect safety, security, and rights.
Retention And Controls
We keep data for as long as needed to provide the app, meet legal requirements, resolve disputes, and maintain security. App settings include export and deletion controls. You can also request access, export, correction, or deletion at [email protected].
Security
We use technical and organizational safeguards intended to protect account, vehicle, location, and trip data. No system can be guaranteed completely secure, so we review and improve protections as the service changes.
Children
Orontes Drive is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
International Transfers
Data may be processed in countries other than where you live. When this happens, we use appropriate safeguards for the transfer and processing of personal information.
