How can we help?

Email [email protected] with your app version, build number and iOS version. Tell us what you were doing, what went wrong and what you expected to happen. A screenshot can help. Don’t send passwords or recovery codes.

Check for an update in the store you installed the app from, check your internet connection and review the app’s permissions. For route issues, include the approximate location and route. Remove any personal details you don’t want to share.

You can export your data or delete your account in the app’s Settings. See the privacy policy for details.

In the app (Android and iPhone): open the menu, then Settings → Account → Delete Account, and confirm. Deletion starts immediately and signs you out on every device.

Without the app: email [email protected] from the email address of your account with the subject “Hesap silme / Account deletion”. We may ask you to confirm the request from that address. We complete the deletion within 30 days and confirm by email.

What is deleted: your account and sign-in details, profile and username, Trip History and saved drives, saved places, favorites and route preferences, vehicles and vehicle connections (including raw vehicle telemetry), Community profile and friendships, assistant conversation history, AI Connect connections and push tokens. Data that identifies you is erased; driving data is irreversibly anonymized.

What may be kept: anonymous pooled aggregates that cannot be linked to you (for example road-quality and energy statistics and anonymous model-improvement features), small deletion and security records needed to prevent late writes and abuse, records we must keep by law (such as security logs and billing records from the App Store) for the legally required period. Park safely before changing settings, taking screenshots or writing to us. Directions and alerts may be incomplete or delayed.
