Email [email protected] with your app version, build number and iOS version. Tell us what you were doing, what went wrong and what you expected to happen. A screenshot can help. Don’t send passwords or recovery codes.

Check for an update in TestFlight, check your internet connection and review the app’s permissions. For route issues, include the approximate location and route. Remove any personal details you don’t want to share.

You can export your data or delete your account in the app’s Settings. See the privacy policy for details.

Park safely before changing settings, taking screenshots or writing to us. Directions and alerts may be incomplete or delayed in the beta.
